We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the dealership. This is a key role that ensures the dealership runs smoothly, allowing our sales and service teams to focus on providing the best customer experience. You will manage office tasks, assist with employee coordination, and handle financial and operational paperwork.
This role has flexible hours and is easy to work around having kids in school or other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
Manage office inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
Assist in payroll, invoicing, and basic accounting duties
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Maintain organized records and files (both digital and physical)
Handle employee timekeeping, vacation scheduling, and other HR-related tasks
Prepare reports and other administrative documents as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office management role is helpful, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment. However car dealership software is unique and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive industry a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred
