Check out this beauty! Someone pulled out in front of this customer resulting in a hard T-bone collision. Rightfully so, she was devastated since she had just gotten into her new vehicle and hadn’t even made the first payment yet. We are so thankful she chose us and we assured her we would perform a safe and proper repair by following GM’s guidelines/procedures.

As you can see, the damage was pretty extensive. We ended up replacing the entire front cap, along with the weld-in radiator support. The collapsible steering column was pulled and measured as required by GM in the event of a collision, as well as the seat belts and pretensioners. We followed all procedures as promised, all the way down to replicating the factory seam sealer patterns and matching the factory e-coat color on the backside of the new panels.

It was not an easy process negotiating with insurance for these repairs. But, in the end there were no valid arguments to deny what is clearly owed from readily available documented repair procedures. We even got our customer in touch with a specialist to work for her to claim diminished value!

What a privilege it is when a customer trusts you with the repair of their brand new vehicle. After getting a repair estimate from another shop, the customer felt it was underwritten and missing some things. Turns out, they were correct! After our initial inspection, our preliminary estimate was quite a bit higher (130% higher to be exact) after spotting additional damage and missed operations.

No worries! We promised the customer a complete and correct repair with all OEM parts, which is exactly what we delivered.

Absolutely love how this Tacoma turned out! This one came in with some pretty extensive damage to the radiator support and fender apron which we replaced and restored back to pre-loss condition with all OEM parts.

Customer opted for a Rough Country front winch bumper, then decided he didn’t care much for the factory chrome grille after reassembly. We were happy to pull it back apart and do a full chrome delete on the grill and door emblems. I have to say, it looks fantastic contrasted with that factory inferno orange paint!

Believe it or not, these photos are all of the same truck!

Customer from the Memphis area had just bought this low mileage 97 Ford Ranger for his daily commuter and was involved in an accident less than a week later which deemed the truck a total loss. He wasn’t quite ready to let it go yet, so he bought the truck back so we could save it.

We saved quite a bit on repair costs by finding a solid 2001 Ranger parts truck and replaced everything from the firewall forward on the 97’. This was a pretty lengthy project as a few modifications had to be made to fit some components under the hood from the 97’ to the updated 01’ front clip.

We paired that updated front end with a Rough Country leveling kit, newer factory 15” wheels, and a beefy set of 31x10.5 all terrain tires for a great looking finished product and a very happy customer!
