The hardest part of his day isn’t the work.
It’s the drive home when the adrenaline fades and the weight settles in.
That’s when the exhaustion hits. That’s when doubts creep in. That’s when nobody’s watching.
And still — tomorrow morning — he’ll be back at it. Same boots. Same grind. Same responsibility.
Not because it’s easy.
Because someone depends on him.
