Employee of the Year – 19 Years Running. Mr. Glenn Radebaugh! Loved by all, hated by none. When he walks into the dealership, the lights turn themselves on and the coffee starts brewing—and somehow it gets stronger. Cars don’t start for him… they ask for permission. Inventory doesn’t sit on the lot when he’s around—it politely finds a new owner. Customers don’t need directions when he’s working; somehow they just know where to go. Rumor has it manufacturers wait for his approval before releasing new models, and the weather clears up whenever he’s scheduled for deliveries. Some people still wonder how he carries the whole dealership on his shoulders—but after 19 years, the real mystery is how he makes it look so easy.
