BIG NEWS: The Florida High Performance Racing Program is officially underway. 🏁

Meet “Big Lez” — our 2020 Camaro LT1, freshly wrapped and ready for the next chapter.

For years, Florida High Performance has built some of the most recognized late-model GM performance vehicles in the industry. Now it’s time to take that passion, experience, and performance to the track.

Our mission is simple: build a competitive race car, compete at some of the nation’s premier racing events, represent our partners with pride, and continue growing the Florida High Performance brand within the performance automotive community.

This program will put FLHP on some of the biggest stages in racing, including major national events, regional competitions, industry trade shows, and enthusiast gatherings throughout the year. Along the way, we’ll be creating content, building relationships, and showcasing the products and companies that help make this journey possible.

We’re currently seeking sponsors and strategic partners who want to be part of the program from the ground floor. Whether you’re looking for brand exposure, event presence, social media promotion, product development opportunities, or a long-term partnership, we’d love to connect.

Owning a business comes with a lot of responsibilities.

Things like scheduling, safety, customer service, quality control, paying the bills and various taxes, keeping up with technology, watching your competitors, and so on.

A lot of people forget however what the core purpose of a business which is simply to provide.

In our case, this shop provides for several families. It affords them the opportunity to pursue their own dreams and ambitions, it puts food on the table, it allows their children to have a happy and healthy upbringing.

Today I had the privilege of inviting my financial advisor in for an hour long lunch meeting with my entire crew- and myself.

Roderick educated my staff on financial responsibility, creating generational wealth, and preparing for retirement. Things like setting up a Roth IRA, investing into the markets, and setting up their spouses and children for success, etc.

Not only do I want my team to excel here at the shop- I want them to excel in life. I want them to be winners. I want them to have nice things and not have to worry down the road about money. I choose to surround myself with winners, and that’s exactly what this team is made of- WINNERS!

For those who asked- this is our STAGE 1 LT blower cam idle.

Smoother idle than the stage 3, excellent driving manners and broad torque/power curve for those who want all the advantages of an aftermarket camshaft without shaking your teeth out!

This ZL1 features an LTR 427, our head/cam package and packs close to 1000 hp at the crank.

Client drives this car on 93 octane only almost daily- no issues.

did it again!

They sent us a set of their new GEN V LT 4340 Roller Rockers which we will be running on our shop drag car BIG L*Z.

Big power builds require undeniable strength and absolute control when dealing with the valvetrain. We trust Manton to supply us the highest quality pushrods on all of our builds and now we have a rocker arm to match!

Manton’s new LT rocker arms combine Top Fuel valvetrain engineering with late-model durability and ease of setup.

Key features:

LT platform compatibility with stock-based ratios

4340 heat-treated steel construction

7/16x20 threaded adjuster derived from NHRA Top Fuel applications for improved load distribution

Pressure-fed oiling system that routes oil directly to the trunnion bushings for better lubrication and wear resistance

Adjustable preload design allows one pushrod length while fine-tuning preload at the rocker, reducing setup time and repeated measuring

Heat-treated roller tip improves valve tip tracking and reduces valve guide wear, especially in high-lift applications around .700” lift

Designed to handle aggressive spring pressures while remaining lightweight and durable for serious performance builds.

2015 Chevy SS

*COMPLETELY STOCK CAR*

Think tuning a stock car is a waste of time? Think again.
Got with as always and found quite a bit of hp and tq that was there for the taking.

Factory calibration was lack luster to say the least. Extremely lean AFR- soft timing curve- and all the “Nannies” you’d expect.

3 revisions later my man left with a whole new car.

Don’t mind the glitch on the curve- I sneezed during the pull 🤣

Baseline: 358/360
Results: 378/386
