All Royal EV models come with COO (Certificate of Origin) and 17-digit VIN and can be registered as an (L.S.V.) Low-Speed Vehicle. Most "golf carts" can't be registered and driven on public roads with a speed limit of 35 MPH or less the way a Royal Cart can.
