After 8 months of operation the city of Pompano Beach revoked their own zoning and biz license they gave my company. Being granted my license and zoning is a green light to the business owner to spend money, improve property and open their business as I did to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. When I confronted them about helping to recoup some or all of my money I lost solely because of their actions they said, not our problem - you should of known better. What they did is criminal. You’re taking a huge risk investing in anything in this city.

It gives us great sadness to inform our customers that we will be moving out of Pompano Beach.

Shortly after we opened our doors, it was brought to our attention that the city’s zoning and use approval had been revoked for our business. We fought the city to keep our business in your community at great financial and emotional distress. However, after 8 months, we had no other option but to relocate to a community that will welcome us. We are greatly disappointed as we worked hard to contribute to the Pompano Beach community and hire local community members to join our team.
