Let's talk about something almost nobody thinks about...

🚗 Your owner's manual.

Believe it or not, many vehicles have maintenance items that aren't checked during a basic oil change and may not have a warning light when they're due.

Things like:
• Brake fluid exchanges
• Coolant services
• Differential fluid services
• Transmission maintenance
• Spark plug replacement

While manufacturer maintenance schedules are a great guideline, they're exactly that—a guideline.

Extreme weather conditions, whether it's Wisconsin's freezing winters or hot summer temperatures, can impact fluids, batteries, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components. Driving habits, towing, short trips, long commutes, and vehicle age can also affect service intervals.

Just because the book says you're not due for another 5,000 or even 10,000 miles doesn't always mean your vehicle agrees.

That's why our recommendations are based on physically inspecting your vehicle—not simply looking at mileage. We believe in seeing the condition of the component before recommending a repair or service.

We also take available service history into account. If a maintenance item appears overdue, shows signs of deterioration, or there is no record indicating the service has ever been performed, we may recommend addressing it sooner rather than later.

The goal isn't to sell services you don't need. It's to help you stay ahead of problems, protect your investment, and make informed decisions about your vehicle.

🌺 Welcome Back, Aria! 🌺

After spending the past week soaking up the sunshine and enjoying some well-deserved relaxation in Hawaii, Aria is officially back in the office!

We're glad she had the opportunity to recharge, but we're even happier to have her back helping keep everything running smoothly around the shop. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to keeping the rest of us organized, she definitely keeps us on our toes.

And yes... Andrea may have borrowed this photo from Aria's vacation album. 📸😆 We figured if Aria had to come back to Wisconsin, at least we could all enjoy a little Hawaiian scenery for a few more days.

The next time you're in an empty parking lot, try turning your steering wheel fully left and fully right while moving slowly.

If you hear clicking, popping, or clunking noises during the turn, it's worth having your vehicle inspected.

Unusual noises are often your vehicle's way of letting you know something may need attention.

Sometimes catching a concern early can help prevent additional damage and larger repair bills down the road.

This air filter has seen a little bit of everything. 😳

Your engine air filter is designed to keep contaminants out while allowing clean air to flow into the engine. Over time, those contaminants build up and can restrict airflow.

It's a good reminder that even the small maintenance items play an important role in helping keep your vehicle running its best.

Needless to say, this filter earned its retirement. 😅

It's a little different around the shop this week!

🌴 Aria is enjoying some well-deserved vacation time.
🔧 Today, Hunter will be wearing a few extra hats as he handles the phones, scheduling, customer updates, repairs, and everything in between.
🚗 Hunter will be wrapping up his week at NOON on Thursday as he heads out to a distributor event for the weekend.
☀️ Andrea will be helping wherever needed while balancing shop duties and the adventures of having three kiddos on summer break.

⏰ The shop will be closing at 4:00 PM on Thursday and will be CLOSED on Friday.
