Customer Shop Visit Policy Update

Effective June 1, 2026, all customer shop visits must be scheduled directly through the owner a minimum of 48 hours prior to visiting.

To help improve overall workflow, maintain production efficiency, and ensure every customer project receives the attention and focus it deserves, customer visit days will now be limited to:

Tuesday & Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Please note:

Random walk-ins or unscheduled visits will no longer be permitted.

Unscheduled interruptions negatively impact daily productivity, scheduling, and project completion timelines.

Scheduled visits allow us to dedicate proper time to discuss your project, answer questions, and provide updates without disrupting active production.

We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and continued support as we continue improving our operations and customer experience.
