✅ Lien release, if applicable.
✅ A written sale record with the buyer’s details, VIN, sale date and price.
✅ Vehicle Transfer Notification—submit it to TxDMV within 30 days.

A bill of sale documents the transaction; it doesn’t replace the title. The transfer notification also does not transfer ownership.
