Barely 300 miles on it and in for some upgrades. lift installed and mounted some nice wheels and tires. Had to do some trimming up front but came out pretty awesome!

Rodent damage. Not a fun one from any angle! Came with a check engine light/knock sensor codes. Valley plate leak discovered during intake removal. Rats gave me absolutely no room to replace the damaged pins as it was right by the firewall.

Although it looks fun Iā€™ve spent the first hour demonstrating what a vehicle does in certain situations to the kids. Anything sudden, acceleration or braking can cause an issue and loss of control. Explained that speed is not your friend. In the end we did have a little fun on this day off!!

Client states misfire present. Started a month after (Lexus) spark plug replacement
Now, first thing Iā€™ll check is the spark plugs of course and if they are installed correctly.
Pulled and inspected and found Denso spark plugs and checked torque.
Now checking wiring/coils/injectors and so on.
Misfire would bounce around all over the place driving me nuts.
After hours of chasing the issue I asked the customer where he got the plugs, was it from Lexus?
No. eBay. For about 7 a piece.
Knock offs! Crazy how the people ā€œmakingā€ these will copy everything and make it look like you are getting a deal for the real thing!
Now, client has to buy plugs all over again. My time wasted that I couldā€™ve used for something more crucial.
The plug on the left is a new eBay plug and you can see how the painting is off.
Let us provide the parts to avoid headaches and frustration with a warranty.
