"Great Customer Service!"

My fiance and I have been on the market for purchasing a second vehicle...Limited credit opportunities crowded our efforts, to no avail. We talked to Frank about a used 2003 Ram 2500...We discussed our options and decided that it would be a better option to look at a beautiful 2008 Ram 1500...we walked out on the lot, and all I can say is...We had finally found the wow factor that we were waiting for. Frank has worked tirelessly, trying to find the best deal that fits us. We have a two year old daughter, that can be a bit of a handful at times, Frank was very courteous with her, and I have to say, probably made a new friend. Our customer service has been great. The vehicles are gorgeous....and we are looking forward to doing more business with Diesel World!

"Great truck and experience"

I was shopping in Plaistow for a truck and we went to a couple dealers. I needed a 1 ton diesel pick up for my business. The places I stopped didn't appear to know what they were talking about. Then I stopped at diesel world. When I pulled onto the lot I expected to be attacked by sales people, on the contrary they came out and asked if I had any questions I said I would like to look around first. to my surprise they left me alone to pick the truck I wanted. I had comparison question about the cummins, the duramax and the power stroke pertaining to torque and they had all of the answers. I also got a better rate using one of their credit unions than my own credit union was offering. All I can say is My wife and I had a great time buying a great truck that we could afford. Our employees are very rough on our trucks and need to replace one every year or two and there will only be one place I go to moving forward. Thank you Mr. Orlando and congratulations on being able to employ such a great team. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future. It won't be for a long time my F450 king ranch is perfect. Thanks guys!

"Second vehicle purchase"

I just recently purchased my second vehicle from DW in the last several years. The first was a F550 dump for work, this one a 2008 Duramax for everyday use and camper hauling. I must admit that both times they had the best selection anywhere around. Along with great finance terms and rates the reason I went back, besides selection, was the "bend over backwards service" I recieved from there shop. Great job out back guys thank you! Be back again!
