We picked up a vintage Kwik Way OD grinder for touch ups and custom work. 🥳👍 my main goal for this small machine would be custom steel fixed pilots. Dad is not 100% sold on the idea as we want the most precise pilots we can make, but this is an entry level machine for us to start practicing on steel pilots. I can’t wait to restore and repaint this machine into a showpiece, and add maybe a decent CBN wheel and a digital readout. 🤓👍 So this is the first major step at Performance CBN to bringing some manufacturing in house. 🥳

This photo sums up our July and August. We have remodeled the garage with high ceilings. Added a heavy duty forklift, DCM tech Seat and Guide machine, along with a Shot Blaster. Work in progress is on video , and I will edit them up for the channel shortly. 😵‍💫👍
