The Weekender Cabins & RV Retreat We are a Family owned & operated campground located in Plainview, Arkansas near Nimrod Lake & Ouachita National Forest.

We are in the perfect spot for fisherman, hunters, mountain biking, motorcyclist, & a safe quiet place for travelers passing through.

For a few years we have enjoyed fishing this river and during that time we have never seen another raft, kayak, or canoe on the water at the same time. We had the pleasure of having what feels like our own private river. We are excited to see the new regulations in Smallmouth and with these posts we might see one or two new boats in the water!
