This past weekend, Panther Racing was invited by Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC to their Touch-a-Truck event at FNB Stadium! We had a lot of fun hanging out with the Pittsburgh community, having families sit in our car, and meeting the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile !
We are looking forward to bringing PR-038 out a few more times before we have all our attention on bringing PR-039 to life!

Finally, we are excited to announce the second half of Panther Racing’s Leads for the 2026-2027 season!
Coming off a 3rd Place Overall finish and a 1st Place finish in Efficiency this past season, our team is excited for this year and can’t wait to bring PR-039 to life!

Connor Horgan is our High Voltage Lead this season. He is a Sophomore majoring in Electrical Engineering.

Ryan Evanik is our Firmware Lead this season. He is a Junior majoring in Computer Science.

Joshua Haupt is our Aerodynamics Lead this season. He is a Sophomore majoring in Electrical Engineering.

We are proud to announce Panther Racing is coming home from FSAE Michigan with a 3rd Place Overall finish, the highest placement in our team’s 38-year history. We also achieved 1st Place in Efficiency, proving the innovation and capability of this year’s car.

This is the culmination of 38 years of relentless work. We owe this achievement to all our alumni who paved the way for us with knowledge, resources, and leadership.

Today our team completed all of our dynamic events, including a 3.92 Acceleration, a 44.87 Autocross, and a 5.03 Skidpad. We also completed our design finals and are hoping for a strong finish tomorrow!
