If permit prices are making you rethink your next trip... read this.

We know every dollar counts when you're planning a riding weekend. Between permits, fuel, food, and everything else, the costs add up fast.

That's why we're doing our part to keep riding affordable.

From July 6 through September 1, we're lowering our lodging prices so you can spend less on your stay and more on what you came here for—time on the trails.
RV Sites – $49/night
Save $50/night on Lofts
Save $75/night on Cabins
Save $100/night on Condos & Bear Homes
Direct trail access to the Sundquist Unit
Short ride to Royal Blue
No trailering once you arrive
Just one mile off I-75 Exit 141

We can't control permit prices, but we can do our part to help keep riding affordable.

Tag your riding crew and start planning your next trip.
