ATV / UTV / Motorcycle Technician Wanted
Job Overview:
At Red Line LLC we help riders in the area maintain their four-wheelers and other all-terrain vehicles. Operating since 2014, the demand for our services is constantly growing. Our technicians provide service recommendations and perform repairs when vehicles break down. Technicians also frequently help riders upgrade and customize their vehicles with aftermarket parts and accessories. We service many brands and need technicians who are familiar with an array of different all-terrain vehicle setups.
Responsibilities:
Completing regular maintenance (checking fluids, oil changes, etc.)
Checking ATVs’ engines and systems to identify potential issues
Checking onboard computer to identify certain issues
Repairing malfunctioning systems and broken parts
Installing new parts and aftermarket accessories
Detailing all work that’s completed on forms
Tracking the parts and other inventory that’s used
Looking up parts and accessories for customers
Recommending regular services and possible accessories to customers
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
Keeping equipment and tools in good condition
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
Must have integrity
2+ years of experience professionally servicing ATVs
Extensive experience riding ATVs
Detailed knowledge of ATV engines and systems
Knowledge of methods used to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to be a team player
Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Good physical condition
Professional appearance
Commitment to following all safety policies
High school diploma or GED
Must have own tools
Ability to work 8 hour shifts
Must be Punctual
Knowledge of electrical wiring and professional repair
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience professionally servicing ATVs
Vocational school certificate for ATV technicians
Flexible availability including Saturdays
Pay: (Commission based) $30.00 a billed hour starting
