👋 Meet Danielle, the friendly face behind the front desk at Heck's Collision Center!
If you've ever called, walked in, or dropped your vehicle off with us, chances are Danielle was the one greeting you. As our customer service representative, she's the first point of contact for every driver who comes through our doors, and she's the one making sure you actually understand what's happening with your repair from start to finish.
A little about Danielle:
🛠️ Time in the industry: 4 years this July! She's still relatively new to collision repair, but customer service is a whole different story. Before joining Heck's, Danielle spent 12 years in the hospitality industry, which means she came in already knowing how to take care of people during stressful moments.
📋 What she does day to day: Pretty much everything that happens before a wrench gets picked up. Danielle writes estimates, gathers photos, corresponds with insurance companies, orders parts for smaller jobs, and keeps customers in the loop on delays and supplement approvals. If there's a question about your repair, she's usually the one with the answer (or the one tracking it down for you).
🥾 Outside the shop: She's hiking, running, hitting the gym, loving on her dogs Frank and Tina, and taking care of her chickens. 🐔
🚗 Favorite car: A '69 Dodge Charger. (Respect.)
We're lucky to have Danielle on the team. The repair process can feel overwhelming, especially right after an accident, and having someone like her in the front office makes a real difference for our customers.
