Driver #23 — Brayden Blattenberger has been placed on a two‑race probation period for unsportsmanlike conduct involving his crew after the event.

While the driver completed his responsibilities on track, members of the #23 crew entered another team’s pit area and used improper language toward competitors.
This behavior violates Speedway conduct standards and will not be tolerated.

Penalties Issued:
• Two‑Race Probation — Driver #23
For unsportsmanlike conduct connected to post‑race crew actions.

• Two‑Race Probation — Entire #23 Crew
For entering another pit area and using improper language after the race.

SHOWTIME SPEEDWAY OFFICIAL NOTICE 6/21/2026
During last night’s event at Showtime Speedway, Ethan McDermott climbed over the fence and entered the pit area without a pit pass, then approached the #56 pit and engaged in a verbal confrontation with the #18 crew.
This behavior is a serious violation of Speedway safety rules and pit‑area regulations.
Due to improper language, unauthorized entry, and actions deemed detrimental to the sport of auto racing, the following penalties have been issued:
Barred Indefinitely
• Not permitted on Speedway property during the suspension
Showtime Speedway will continue to enforce strict safety and conduct standards to protect our racers, crews, officials, and fans.

Driver #56 — Carsten Munch has been placed on a two‑race probation period following on‑track conduct during last night’s event.

During the yellow flag, Carsten was involved in altercations with the #18 car and engaged in actions that endangered track workers.
This behavior is a violation of Speedway safety and conduct standards.

Penalties Issued:
• Two‑Race Probation
For altercations under yellow and actions creating an unsafe environment for officials and workers.

Driver #18 — Jesse Ashley has been found in violation of Speedway conduct and competition rules.
After review of the incident, his actions have been deemed detrimental to the sport of auto racing.
The following penalties have been issued:
• Two‑Race Suspension
For wrecking a competitor under yellow and rough driving.
• Forfeit of Pay
All payout money from the event is forfeited.
• Conduct Warning Issued
All drivers are expected to maintain control and respect the safety of officials, competitors, and the racing surface at all times.
Showtime Speedway will continue to enforce strict standards to ensure a safe and fair racing environment for all competitors.
