A Message to Our Community
ECR Auto Repair has been open for just one year, and from day one our goal has been to serve our community with honesty, fairness, and compassion. We’ve worked hard to help people when they need it most — including offering flexible payment arrangements so customers can get back on the road safely.
Unfortunately, we are now carrying a significant amount of unpaid balances from customers who have not followed through on their payment commitments. As a small, family-owned business still in our first year, this has put a serious strain on our ability to operate and continue offering this option.
While we truly want to keep helping people, we must also protect our business, our family, and our employees.
Communication is key. Customers who stay in open, honest communication with us regarding their balance can often avoid further action. We are always willing to work with those who keep us informed and honor revised arrangements.
Effective immediately:
Any vehicle picked up with an unpaid balance that remains outstanding beyond 30 days without communication may, at our discretion, be sent to collections or reported to the Sheriff’s Office for theft of services, as permitted by law.
These steps are never our preference, but we are being left with no other choice.
We deeply appreciate the customers who honor their commitments — your integrity is what allows small businesses like ours to continue serving this community.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
