Hb 1193. This bill is a bad deal!! And Terrible for all the small family owned shops! It won't be long and you will be required to take your car to a shop that is approved by the lienholder as well as the insurance and they will get to dicate how your car is repaired! These "approved" collision shops will be most likely the big dealership that already ripped you off on your vehicle in the first place! KEEP POLITICS OUT OF AUTO REPAIR!!!
