SoDak Diesel's staff will be coming back into the shop with some fresh hands on training to handle all of your late model 8 and 10 speeds transmissions. We were able to tear down learn the systems and properly pin point and identify areas of wear and failure. How to address these issues with updates and or new products fresh to the market to provide the best possible build from our bench to your hard working trucks.

These units will also be available on our shelf as prebuilt units as we aquire more cores.

SoDak Diesel will be closed oct 15-16th as the staff will be attending a transmission builders seminar to cover the newer 10 speed transmissions for GM and Ford and 8ap for the 25 plus Rams.

The dyno is back for PeteFarms Truck Fest, and this year we’re excited to have Sodak Diesel officially presenting the dyno!

After the incredible turnout and competition on the dyno last year, we’re looking forward to bringing it back and giving even more trucks the opportunity to put their numbers to the test.

From horsepower and torque to the trucks, builds, and people behind them — the dyno is always one of the most anticipated parts of the show.

Whether you’ve spent years building your truck, recently finished a new setup, or you’re simply curious to see what it can put down, the dyno will be a part of the action all day.

SoDak Diesel is seeking a full time Office Manager/social media developer. Applicant must have proficient computer skills, knowledge with QuickBooks is a MUST! Plus have a basic understanding of accounting. Understanding of photography and video editing is a plus. Any skill sets lacking will have on job training with possibly of paid schooling.
Must be able to control and operate office in a organized and professional manner. Self motivated with a task driven mindset.

Good energy with positive attitude is a must. Opportunity to be creative with social media.

Duties will include: handling incoming and outgoing calls, interaction with customers and vendors, online sales, payroll, A/R, A/P, sales tax, data entry for shop software, and various other office related tasks.

This position will have multiple opportunities for travel to events, meeting with companies, vendors, and workshop classes.

Looking to add someone to the team as a fun and exciting career not a job! Many exciting things in the works to be apart of and grow. Paid moving expenses are a absolute possibility for the right candidate.

$22-32+/Hour or $50-70K salary pay DOE
This is also a reward base position, more sales with online and vendors will have bonus.
40-45HRS 8AM-6PM M-F hours can be flexible depending on situation.

The summer season has made the shop crazy busy and tracking down the footage of this pull took more time than expected, but better late than never!

Corey Rogers (Panda) got up on the Dyno back in May, with his 06 Ram and compound turbos, He was able to pull a final 989 whp with some extra effort and trust. He was awesome to work with, very open to learning and we love getting people back up on the Dyno for another try!
