It's summertime, which means everyone is out enjoying their Corvettes, and realizing all the things they forgot it needed over the winter months. This means we are overwhelmed with calls and walk-in customers during an already extremely busy period. I would like to take a minute to address a few things to help make the most out of your visit and/or purchase.
We Are Open By Appointment Only - This means please no walk-in customers. Our appointments are meant to streamline our process. For parts pickup, we will let you know when we have your part/s ready, and what hours we are available for you to pick them up. If you have not heard back from us, your part isn't ready. Please do not show up expecting us to drop what we are doing to pull your part. This is very ineffecient and isn't fair to other customers.
Vehicle related appointments fall into 2 categories. 1 - If your car is currently in our shop and you need updates/make a payment/discuss a few things we will schedule you a 15-minute appointment ASAP (which could still be up to 2 weeks). We will need to know the nature of your appointment to be more efficient during these very busy times. 2 - You are needing repairs/restoration/etc. These appointments are still booked several months out, and a phone call would be the best way to handle this and provide you with the most information.
Pictures - If you need a hard to find, extremely rare, or completely odd piece, we do not mind at all sending you a picture. That being said, please don't ask us to send you a picture of a door hinge, pulley, switch, etc. If you can google the part and find 100 pictures of the part, ours will look similar. Also, please keep in mind that we build and restore these cars. We aren't parting 1-2 out a year. We have parted out hundreds if not thousands. We know what a good part is and will do our best to describe any excessive imperfections to you before your purchase. If you happen to have an issue, please reach out for a solution.
At this time, we are no longer working on C4 Corvettes. We still have plenty of parts, so please feel free to contact us with your parts needs.
We do not diagnose problems over the phone, nor sell parts to diagnose problems. This is especially important when it comes to electrical parts which are not refundable nor returnable under any circumstances.
