Hi. It's Heather.
The one you all never really see or hear much from. The one that ensures all of our paperwork is in order. The one that ensures all of our bills are paid. The one that supported a dream her husband had and opened a small business so he could "piddle" around with cars because that's what brings him joy. Couple of things that I would like to address while we are here.

Paying bills.
If you don't pay Alabama Power what happens? What if you don't pay Verizon? Or how about the city/county for your water? 🤔🤔🤔 So if you don't pay the mechanic shop what happens? Apparently more and more people think they should still get to drive their vehicle and make payments to the shop. This ends TODAY. Not this shop. Not this small business. If you have an unpaid bill with us or one that you owe on, you need to make arrangements with me within 7 days on getting it paid in full. If you need to continue making payments, we accept afterpay. If arrangements are not made, I will start filing paperwork for leins to be placed on vehicles.

Small Business.
Small business does not equal small bills. It takes a lot to make a family owned, backyard shop run. Do we make mistakes? Yes. We are human after all. Do we right our wrongs? Absolutely. When we go over and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle please show some respect or dismiss yourself. Publicly bashing someone only reflects who you are and surprisingly typically increases the business for us. While we thank you for the business, please remember we are people too.

Turn Around Time.
If you expect your vehicle to be ready same day or even next day, we are not the shop for you. If you're going to cry about a 7 day wait, maybe consider my personal vehicle has been parked for EIGHT MONTHS while we tend to the needs of others. We signed up for this and we know waiting isn't ideal. But when you leave your vehicle for anything other than a basic every day issue you, too, will be signing up for a wait.

Support and Love.
I am SO thankful for all of you that have loved and supported us. This month marks 3 years we've been open and I could not feel more blessed than I do to have you all in our lives. You guys have been so good to us and we could never begin to repay you for the love and kindness you continuously show us. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.

While we try to keep our rates low and affordable, sometimes your car has other plans. We all know how that can be. To help, we will now be accepting AfterPay. We hope this will ensure you are able to have regular maintenance and/or large jobs done without breaking the bank. See you soon!
Please notify us before work is done if you plan to use AfterPay.
Please note: There is a 6% fee added to any invoice total.

Please read!
Do not knock on the roll up doors of the shop.
There is a door that says "shop entrance" and that should be the only door you knock on.

We have had several people knock on the roll up doors and we now have one that is damaged. When things like this happen it increases our operating costs. An increase in operating costs results in higher prices for the customer. We pride ourselves on being affordable and would like to continue providing quality service at an affordable rate.

We have been by appointment only for quite some time. If you did not call or text before you arrive then we are not expecting you. We may be out of the shop or busy when you arrive unexpectedly. If your knock is not answered please call 256-490-1195.

Hello everyone!
Wanted to let you all know that we will be closing up shop for a few days. March 15th-17th we will not be open.
We ask that you respect that we may be home or we may be around but we need a few days to catch up on all the things that have been pushed to later to keep our business running.
We appreciate you all and will open back up for appointments Monday March 18th.

We teamed up with MeMe's Taste of Home to deliver Valentine's day treats to the teachers at Jacksonville Christian Academy. We are so thankful for them and how they pour into not only our daughter but all the kids that attend. We hope you all know how loved you are. Not just today but every day!
