The first box marked went out the door yesterday! We couldn't be more excited!

What is Hardox?

- It's a SSAB's global brand program for more than 540 manufacturers using Hardox steel.
- It's in more than 60 countries.

- We are the only Dump Box manufacture in Wisconsin to be Hardox certified!

Does it mean RTR is increasing their prices?
Absolutely NOT! We want our boxes to be top notch for our customers! We want traceability, authenticity, and value marked on every box we put on the road! We stay competitive with pricing and moving forward with Hardox Certification is one way for us to be above the rest!

If RTR is not increasing their prices, how does it affect the resale of the box?
By using genuine Hardox plate & sheet, the product can:
- take high impact without being deformed

How are RTR boxes traceable?
Every box made from complete Hardox material is labeled with a QR code, sign ID, and Pin code that is registered with Hardox. Any questions about your box, its all in there!

-Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for the majority of shift.

-Efficient use of time to complete jobs on time and to customer standards.
Ｐｒｅｆｅｒｒｅｄ：
-High school diploma or GED/HSE equivalent education.
-Previous experience in paint prep, applying/spraying paint, and paint mixing.
-Forklift and/or skid loader operation experience.

-Inspect commercial vehicles for paint defects, touch up hardware, prep/sand damaged areas, apply touch up paint with brush and/or spray gun.
-Assist with commercial vehicle refinishing: sanding, scuffing, bodywork, taping/masking, and painting.
-Prep and hang steel and aluminum parts for priming and painting.
-Mix paint using computerized paint mixing system.
-Assist with putting away inventory and shop materials in stocking locations.
-Willing to train the right individual if not experienced with commercial paint/prep.

Caught in action!!!

We ❤️ to see RTR equipment in action! This trailer is a 2024 RTR MFG Live Floor Silage Master. Customer switched out the dual tires and put super singles on for the field.

We are ready for Christmas!!!

We have our Holiday Party for all employees on December 20th this year. We look forward to this every year! It's a great time for everyone to eat a big meal, socialize, & play games! More pictures to come!!!
