Dealing with the public can be very difficult. Some people can not be satified no matter what you do, sometime’s explaining the right way to do things to a customer can leave a bad taste in their mouth even though I am really trying to help them with good advise. He is only a potential customer. I have never done any work for him. Here is the incident below.

This is my response to his 2 star review he left after a phone call with me below.

His Review:

My response:

“I am very professional with all my customers. My prices are very competitive for the industry standards and highly qualified experienced services I provide as a mobile ASE Master Technician.
Antonio explained he over heated his vehicle and wanted an estimate to replace water pump. I explained after I diagnosed the vehicle he would receive a estimate of all repairs needed. I further explained engine damage caused by the overheating could have occurred and if so I would advise based on my findings. Replacing a water pump before a diagnosis if you have a blown head gasket would result in overlapping labor charges and higher repair cost for all customers and could potentially result in a very unsatisfied customer.

Hello guys and gals, if you have a truck with Duramax 6.6 Liter engine. I have a CAT 1R-0750 2 micron fuel adapter and filter. It comes with a new fuel filter housing with prime and bleed on top. This fixes the common no start issues that happens. THIS IS NEW NOT USED

Dont underestimate a old man. Strength and stamina is not defined by mussle mass, its about the connection of the mind and control of the mussels, its improved mind efficiency and control. Some individuals the mind may have developed stronger or advanced over the years to focus better. Older men still have the ability to build muscle mass on top of it if they dont stop training. This explains old man strength and Higher cognitive funtion for better physical control then some younger men. Some older men can control higher testosterone levels because of experience much better than a young man, his mind can be more effective at tapping into that hi levels of strength and stamina, because they can be more focused and effective at what they want to do. You dont even get close to your top physical and mental condition until the mind is well into the 30’s. Older men can do a lot of things better. I have seen some men in their 60’s and 70’s do some amazing things you thought might be impossible. The 50’s is really a prime age for a strong minded man in decent physical condition. You can still train in your 50’s and change your whole life especially if you have been physical all your life. This advise is the mind is stronger than you know, you can learn a lot from an experienced older man. Older men will do things a younger man will not and cannot when they need to, so tread lightly because they can be very dangerous.
