We recently had a customer who was looking to gain some extra space around the pedals on their KRX1000 to make a little more room for their left foot accelerator.

While we originally designed the dead pedal kit to give some more comfortability for the driver, seeing it be put to use to aid disabled off-roaders is so cool to us! Nothing should stand in the way of you doing what you love. For this customer, nothing did!

Secondary operations can be a huge source of added costs and time for the customer. One way we help reduce that is by preforming forming operations directly on our punch.

Everything from countersinking, embossing, engraving, bead rolling and extruding can be done completely automatically while the part is still being cut from the sheet. This helps dramatically reduce the labor in a part while only slightly increasing the machine time during the cut.

This customer has a lot of plates that receive the same countersink so the decision to automate that process was obvious.
