No handouts. No family money. No rich dad handing over a business. No safety net. NO BACKUP PLAN.
Just a dream that probably sounded fu***ng crazy to everyone else.
AZ Tint Pros started in a this little 1,000-square-foot shop in downtown Glendale, Arizona.
That was it. That was the beginning.
People see AZ Tint Pros today and see the building, the growth, the vehicles, and the business we’ve become. What they don’t see is what it took to get here.
They didn’t see the 18-hour days. Working until 2AM, hearing gunshots outside the shop while trying to finish another customer’s car. Going home exhausted, sleeping a few hours, and doing it all over again.
Not for a week. Not for a month. FOR YEARS.
There were no shortcuts. No one coming to save us. No one writing a check when things got hard.
People love to assume success was handed to someone.
“Must be family money.”
“His dad probably started it.”
“He must’ve had someone backing him.”
NO. NOBODY HANDED US A DAMN THING.
This business exists because one man refused to quit. Because Josh believed in something nobody else could see yet. Because failure wasn’t going to be the end of the story.
When nobody was watching, nobody was clapping, and nobody was coming to save us, HE KEPT FU***NG SHOWING UP.
One vehicle. One customer. One sacrifice at a time.
Eight years later, people see success. I see every late night, every struggle, and every moment we chose not to give up.
And to anyone sitting in their own little shop right now wondering if it’s worth it…
KEEP FU***NG GOING.
You don’t need to come from money. You don’t need someone to believe in you. Sometimes all you have is yourself, your work ethic, and a dream you refuse to let die.
I’ll never forget that little shop. I’ll never forget where I came from. And I’ll never apologize for being proud of what we’ve built.
