I am making this post today to warn people about this specific internet service called hughesnet. Recently I got this service for my children to use for school since it takes place online now. This wifi was slow from the beginning and very pricey, about 2 weeks after having it I decided to change the password which didn't go so smoothly so I contacted their customer service which could not help me at all. They concluded that a technician would need to be payed 150 to arrive and 150 per hour (about 600 total). After this i had called to cancel the service and about 2 months from then they began charging my credit card with over 800 dollars. They are scammers in conclusion trying to steal my money. I am one of many people this has happened to you can check the picture below to see how many complaints they already have (over 3000). The person who referred this company to me was Angel Hernandez, his phone number is 6024652106. Don't trust this person at all, when you try and communicate with them they do not answer because they know what they are doing.

No compren de esta compania de internet porque es un fraude. Despues de que los contratan les roban el dinero y no saben como ayudar cuando es que nesecitas. Ni a este señor le compren nada porque anda haciendo puro daño a la comunidad: angel Hernandez 6024652106. Bastante tenemos con el COVID-19.
