Our Intake Center is staffed by a collision repair professional that will help arrange everything required to get you back on the road. The same great service you know and trust at a location that’s convenient for you! The Repair Process

Vehicle drop-off / pick-up, and paperwork associated with your repair will be done at the Intake Center. The actual repair of your vehicle will be performed at one of our nearby full service repair facilities. As always, we will keep you informed of the progress of your repairs every step of the way! We offer free written repair estimates and online appointment scheduling to help get the repair process started. Backed by our National Lifetime Guarantee, our auto body repair specialists will repair your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We'll carefully restore your vehicle's safety features, including airbags and crumple zones, to help get you back on the road safely.

The work starts in the shops, but the impact goes far beyond.

Through the National Auto Body Council (NABC) Recycled Rides program, our Ge**er Collision & Glass teams in Schaumburg and Skokie helped refurbish two vehicles to provide reliable transportation to individuals in their communities.

In Schaumburg, Victor and Danny helped restore a 2019 RAM 1500 for Michael Powell, a U.S. Army veteran navigating a new career opportunity while supporting his family. In Skokie, Tyler, Edwin and Nacho worked on a 2021 Kia K5 presented to Michelle Scott-Bovell, who was nominated by Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital.

We're proud of the teams who put their skills to work to help make these moments possible.
