The 24 Grand Highlander fix, Musway 12 channel DSP amp with DRC-1 controller behind Pac AP4-Ty14 for clean signal to start, running ALL 11 speakers (10 speakers and Sub) fully active! RTA mic'd to tune out resonant frequency peaks, then tuned by ear, then time aligned all speakers and sub! And lastly review everything with the customer to make final dsp adjustments based on his preference and input!

Side note, this one was for a customer previously in law enforcement with higher frequency hearing loss, so a couple special preset tunes for him to aid in hearing music as he remembered, it was so cool to see his face when i changed to his special tunes where he could again hear the high frequencies like cymbals, high vocals, etc...!

2024 Highlander with oem 11 speaker syatem in for repairs upgrades after 2 other local shops failed the customer!

First shop installed a great Alpine 3 way component set upfront, but then installed an inline t-harness amp behind the radio BEFORE the oem amplifier (sure that sounded terrible!).
2nd shop caught that and installed a different 4 channel amp after the oem amp, replaced the Alpine mids with kicker coax (why i have no idea), and sold him an adapter that they never installed ( no wonder we all get a bad rap as untrustworthy!).

Yes we fixed it and got the part from the other shop they didnt install when we called them out on it. The fix will be in another post soon!

Yup, we still have and use an Audio Control RTA, for tuning when needed!
