Dear Valued Customer:
My name is David Warren, and 12 years ago I built and opened Blue Sky Parking. I’m not going to bore you with the details, but I will say – as is true for many small business owners – building, opening and running Blue Sky has been an important experience for me both personally and professionally. And, as is true for many small businesses, this has been a family affair. My nephew – John Warren – who some of you may know, has been our General Manager since almost day one. He has run Blue Sky at the very highest standards, and I believe that he is one of the primary reasons – along with all of our fantastic employees – that Blue Sky has garnered so many outstanding reviews on Yelp and other review sites.
So, why am I writing you today? Like the saying goes, all good things eventually come to an end. And – for me – my role at Blue Sky has come to an end.
The good news is Blue Sky is not going away as your number one parking option for flying out of Sky Harbor. And, you’re still going to see many of the same people – including John Warren – next time you visit. You’ll receive the same top-notch service and convenience you have come to expect.
The Parking Spot – the leading off airport parking company in the United States with 37 locations at 22 airports – has recently acquired Blue Sky for its 38th location. And, while I like to think it will be impossible to beat Blue Sky’s day-to-day operations, I have to admit these folks know what they are doing. I’ve gotten to know them well over the years and there is no other group I would have trusted to take over Blue Sky than The Parking Spot. And heck – and this is hard to admit – they may even do a thing or two even better than we did at Blue Sky.
I know you’re going to be in good hands as changes start to take effect over the next few months.
What I mostly want to say – from the bottom of my heart – is thank you. Thank you for your loyal business and helping to make Blue Sky what it has been. It has been truly a pleasure and privilege.
Sincerely,
David Warren
