Fixed some of the ugly with less ugly, see the progression. The crusty bondo was there when I bought it. I simply sanded it down a bit and coated it all with some layers of paint. Final step was to sand it again to give that section a patina look to match the rest of the bus. This was all done with spray paint from Home Depot. Turns out, Behr "Ocean Abyss" is very similar to the factory Sea Blue paint.

Extended the Syncro engine skid bars for the Subaru conversion. Small Car Performance offers the correct metric since steel for the extension to butt weld. However I added necessary strength with flat bar to reinforce the extension. Rosette welds on each end and extension piece in addition to the butt weld 💪🏻

Just about everything about this truck is custom by me. Bumpers, bed lined truck topper, custom rack with solar, storage, lighting, awning, shower. Custom lift using Hummer H3 suspension and Badland Industries components, fitting 35's, custom truck bed drawer slides with galley. Australian Market Colorado snorkel are to name a few things
