A customer brought us a pair of short tube headers they bought online. After they couldn’t get them bolted on, we discovered that roughly half of the bolt holes were not quite in the correct location.

Being for a special application, replacements were not readily available. A couple of hours spent with a die grinder got them to bolt on.

We contacted the manufacturer and alerted them of the issue.

Teamed up with MACK Enterprises to pull the engine. New personal record of 49 min from driving into the driveway to having it hanging in this photo. Think next time if we plan everything out and have all the tools set out we could do it in 20-30min easily.

After becoming close friends with a few rocks, this differential was leaving puddles everywhere it went. A new diff cover from Yukon with a gasket and a new pinion seal has this unit sealed up tighter than the White House’s security camera footage. A Quick job with excellent results.
