A little Turn Signal Love for a 63 Dart.

Quite certain this hasn't been touched in 60 years.

One of the things I love about what I do, is that I get to "fix" as opposed to just replacing parts. The Cancel portion was broken and needed replacing, but the rest of it was in good shape and just needed a trip to the spa: a bath and a massage. A little sanding, picking out old grease, reshaping contacts.... It's relaxing to me. 😁

This was a fun/quick little project. 1980 Datsun 280ZX, one of the fun imported right hand drive ones. It suffered an engine fire several years ago. Mechanically, it was repaired. Off to me to install a FAST Retro-Fit fuel Injection kit. She's up and running, ready to go home.

Another beautiful car in need of a little wiring love.

The engine bay of this '67 convertible Dart was giving the owner fits. He just couldn't get the New engine and Fuel Injection to run right. I salvaged the original factory engine harness and modified it to integrate the fuel injection.

Removed what wasn't needed and brought in a couple things to make it all happy!

Many of you have experienced owning an old car and feeling the headlights are nothing more than another set of marker lights. making driving at night a chore. Old wire, old connections and old switches... just don't get the power to the lights anymore. A trick I learned a long time ago, was to to intercept the headlight wires and install a couple of relays. In an instant, almost doubling the light output of those old lights! Spend a little time wrapping the new wires into the old harness and everything blends right in.

Go and enjoy those night cruises again!
