☀️ Beat the Heat with an Annual A/C Service! ☀️

This window and ring were damaged inside a seasonal park while the customers were away. We were able to clean up the mess, seal the unit up, and ordered the new window. New window came in and installed and sealed. All done at the customers seasonal site.

Don’t get caught without propane when you need it most. This propane line is cracked and rotted. We’ll be replacing it as part of our standard opening and inspection for a seasonal camper. Make sure to inspect your lines each time you fill. Stay safe and know what to look for.

Don’t forget when inspecting your roof sealant to check under that fridge vent (Hidden water damage areas). You can see how under this vent the sealant is gapped and letting water roll in.
