A little bit of a back story on my current clutch.
4 years ago I had my first clutch hatching, the breeding was the original pineapple maker male from Shane and a big lav tiger female I had. I was pumped for obvious reasons about that clutch, but on day 81 my herpstat failed and my incubator shot up to about 130 degrees. I don't think it was that hot for to long but it didn't matter, out of 35 eggs only 6 babies were left alive... Barely alive but, alive. I watched them close and all 6 ended up living and doing great.
The pics attached are of one of the babies from that clutch, a snake I have called a white pineapple since first laying eyes on it (white motley super tiger). To my surprise that snake caused me alot of backlash and drama lol I had a whole lot of people commenting telling me I was wrong and being stupid calling it a super tiger because albino motley super tigers were patternless snakes. Despite showing other albino Motley tigers from the clutch and showing they were nothing alike people continued to mock me on it and tell me I was wrong.
There was a few people that were on my side about it being a pineapple though, Eric, Shane, Paul and maybe another person or 2 but I forget. But everytime I posted this snake I had to deal with negative comments that it wasn't a super tiger. It pi**ed me off to the point I went a long long time never even posting it because I didn't want to deal with the bull s**t. I sent pics to a few people during that time frame but for the most part, no one saw the snake after the first year to often.
Well, after 4 years of waiting, the snake bred and yesterday I cut 35 eggs from this snake. To say I was excited and anxious is an understatement, this was the first time I bred a baby that I cut out of an egg so it was really a full circle feeling for me. it was a long time coming And to no surprise to me, my snake proved that he in fact is a white albino Motley super tiger with full visible pineapple pattern (a white pineapple). So thanks to everyone that was with me on this snake and didn't call me stupid, and to the rest of you that were dicks about it every time I posted it....you can officially kiss my ass on this one and this 4 year old debate can be put to bed. It was the world's first albino pineapple.
