Today marks an exciting new chapter for Authentic Details.
After many months of conversations, planning, and getting to know one another, I'm incredibly excited to share that Authentic has been acquired and officially joined forces with ICON Automotive.
This wasn't a decision we made lightly. We spent the better part of six months learning every detail of each other's businesses, cultures, and values to make sure the fit was right. In the end, it became clear for both of us that the alignment couldn't have been better.
To our clients, friends, and dealership partners, here's what I want you to know:
Our team isn't changing. Every member of our incredible staff remains in place, continuing to serve our clients with the same passion, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that has built Authentic's reputation.
Our values aren't changing either; they're being reinforced. The principles we've always believed in; doing the right thing, obsessing over quality, treating every vehicle as if it were our own, and providing an exceptional customer experience will never be compromised. ICON doesn't replace those values; it significantly strengthens them.
What is changing is what we'll now be able to deliver.
We'll be making significant investments in our facility, cutting-edge equipment, advanced training, new tools, and an even higher level of white-glove service. Our goal has always been to raise the standard for automotive protection in Austin, and now we'll have the resources to push that vision even further.
Authentic is also proud to become the third company to join what will grow into a nationwide network of approximately 40+ of the industry's premier automotive protection businesses. It's an ambitious vision, and we're honored that Authentic was selected to help build it.
To everyone who has trusted us over the years; our customers, dealership partners, vendors, friends, and family, a heartfelt thank you. None of this would have been possible without your support and confidence in what we've built.
This isn't the end of Authentic. It's the beginning of an even stronger Authentic with a new name, a more powerful team and a very big vision for this industry.
