Walt’s Automotive provides trusted auto and light truck repair, U-Haul rentals, trailer hitch installs, & moving supplies — with friendly service from our family to yours. We have been "Serving People Honestly Since 1983". Walt is a 40 year ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician with additional Certification as an Advanced Level Specialist. We have been an authorised U-Haul Dealer since 1995.

We are a full service dealer and rent U-Haul trucks, trailers, and towing equipment. We also install hitches and electric brake systems.

U-Haul equipment can still be returned using the after hours self return process. Our business office will be opening as usual on Friday, January 2nd at 8:00 am.

Walt's Automotive has been a long time supporter of our local animal shelter, and has fostered several dogs for them. Petaluma Animal Services is a stellar example of what modern sheltering is all about. There is an afternoon of sweets fundraiser that includes a silent auction and raffle on Sunday, May 17th from 1pm to 4pm to help fund their fine work called H.O.P. (Help Our Pets). Tickets for this event are available for purchase here at Walt's Automotive now!
