Syndicate Diesel's Winter Prep Checklist

​Winter weather is here, and your diesel 🛻 needs extra love to fire up reliably. Save yourself a headache (and a tow bill!) with these three essentials:

​🔋 1. Test Your Batteries: Cold temps kill weak batteries fast. Make sure yours are strong enough to crank that engine over!

​🔥 2. Use Your Block Heater: Plug in that heater! It makes starting easier, reduces engine wear, and saves your starter. We recommend plugging in 2-4 hours before your morning start.

​🧪 3. Don't Skip the Additive: A quality anti-gel/anti-gelling additive is 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 to prevent fuel line freeze-ups. It's cheap insurance!

We are hoping the people of Facebook can work their magic and help us find a man in a red 4 door Nissan Frontier pickup that witnessed Josh's accident (accident pictured) on Sunday 8/24 around 4p on Railroad Highway, just south of Neola. Due to Josh being in a bad accident yesterday, we are closed today and our hours for the rest of the week will vary depending on how he is feeling. Please be patient with us as he needs time to heal so he can get back to working on things.
Also, shout out to our friends at River’s Edge Towing for being on the scene so quickly to get the truck!
