Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles. This role involves both shop work and mobile field service, so flexibility and independence are key.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair heavy trucks both in-shop and on-site at customer locations.

Perform preventative maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tire replacement, and fluid checks.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Operate a service truck equipped with tools and parts.

Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate with dispatch and customers.

Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in heavy truck repair or relevant diesel mechanic training.

CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.

Ability to work independently and in varied environments.

Must be physically capable of lifting heavy parts and working on large vehicles.
