Transmission Tuesday goes to this 2010 Camry. The customer’s original unit failed while traveling through our area en route to the Midwest USA. We got a replacement in to help them finish their trip!

A no-start condition, fuses blowing like fireworks, but NO codes other than an intermittent crank sensor code. This one was a tough one but a shorted ECM ended up being the culprit!

This ‘21 Corolla - Fuel trims were crazy, high catalyst temps, a leaking intake manifold, and just overall poor performance lead us to do some exploration. To our surprise we found DIESEL FUEL in the system! After a thorough tank and pump cleaning, and some module recalibrations, it’s back to normal. The customer saved a ton of money by not continuing to drive it! The 3 bottles: clean gasoline on the left, clean diesel on the right, and a sample from the car in the middle.
