We are honored to announce that Dan Czerwinski, founder of Diamond Detail and Tint, will be joining us as our Head Trainer and Director of Marketing!
Dan has been a cornerstone of Detail Addicts since the very beginning, playing a pivotal role in the creation of our brand and the development of our flagship products, Platinum Hybrid Polish and Diamond Hybrid Compound. His contributions have been invaluable, and we are beyond excited to officially welcome him to this new leadership role.
Dan brings an unmatched level of professionalism, expertise, and passion to our team. His accolades and accomplishments within the detailing industry speak volumes about his dedication and skill:
🔹 Sales & Business Expertise: With 7 years as a Sales and Installation Manager at Mobile Concepts, Dan mastered window tinting and learned how to build and manage a successful business.
🔹 Retail Strategy: During his tenure at AutoZone, Dan specialized in sales floor planning, gaining insight into product packaging and consumer behavior.
🔹 Industry Certifications: Became an IDA Certified Detailer in 2017.
Gtechniq Accredited Installer and one of the first Angelwax installers in Illinois and globally.
Certified Trainer for Angelwax, achieving "Center of Excellence" status after opening his storefront.
R&D experience with coatings from Angelwax, Gtechniq, IGL Coatings, Ceramic Pro, and more.
🔹 ASE Certified Mechanic: Specializing in steering and suspension, Dan integrated repairs and maintenance into his detailing business.
🔹 Event Experience: Worked with some of the industry’s top professionals like Mike Phillips, Renny Doyle, Big D of Detail Lex, and Jonathan Monson. Participated in high-profile events, including marine detailing with Nathan Warren and Mecum Auto Auctions as a 303 Detailer, working on some of the country’s most valuable vehicles.
