We’ve been made aware that a local State Farm agent office is expressing concern about our repair approach to mutual customers—specifically, now stating that we install brand-new OEM parts on vehicles like an older 2006 model. 🤦‍♂️

Let’s be clear about something:
At Byrd’s Body Shop, our priority has always been safe, proper, and complete repairs—no matter the year of the vehicle. When we recommend new parts, it’s not about “upgrading” a car… it’s about:

🚨 Insurance Steering Reality Check 🚨

This Ford F-150 owner was heavily steered to Caliber Collision through Shelter Insurance's preferred repair program. Even after multiple return visits to address repair concerns, the customer was still left with unresolved quality issues and frustration.

Remember, YOU have the right to CHOOSE your repair shop. Just because a shop is preferred by an insurance company doesn't mean the insurance company stands behind the repairs when problems arise.
