We've got power, the shop is OPEN, and we're ready to get back to work!

We're running with a smaller crew than usual as some of our team continues to deal with the aftermath of the storm, but we're here and happy to help with your automotive repairs and maintenance.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we get back up to speed!

💙 An Update from the DeBroux Crew

First and foremost, we hope everyone is safe following the hurricane. We know many of our friends, neighbors and customers are dealing with power outages, storm damage and the challenges of getting things back to normal. Our thoughts are with all of you.

We're thankful that our shop did not sustain any damage. However, with widespread power outages in the surrounding area and our team members also working to get things back in order at home, DeBroux Automotive will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially to those who are counting on us to get their vehicles back on the road.

We're hoping to reopen as soon as conditions allow. Please watch our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We're all in this together, and we look forward to serving you again soon.

⚠️ STORM CLOSURE UPDATE 🌧️

With the approaching storm and hurricane warnings, DeBroux Automotive will be closed Friday, October 9th.

We want to give our DeBroux Crew time to prepare and make sure they and their families are safe.

We encourage everyone to stay safe out there! Please limit travel to what's absolutely necessary, and never drive through standing or flooded water. It's often much deeper than it looks.

We plan to reopen with normal business hours on Monday, October 12th, weather and conditions permitting. We'll keep you updated right here if anything changes.

Take care of yourselves, Pensacola! We're thinking of all our friends, neighbors and customers as this storm approaches. 💙

Florida storms require extra prep AND patience! 🌧️⚡

When the roads get slick and visibility drops, a few smart habits can make all the difference:

✔ Slow it down—wet roads mean longer stopping distances
✔ Keep extra space between you and the car ahead
✔ Turn on your headlights (not your hazards) so others can see you
✔ Avoid standing water—you never know how deep it is
✔ Keep both hands on the wheel and stay focused
✔ In extreme situations, like evacuations - emotions can run high - stay calm and don't make rash decisions. We're all in this together.

Before the storm hits, it’s always smart to check your wipers, tires, and overall vehicle condition—but once you’re on the road, it’s all about how you drive.

Stay alert. Stay cautious. Stay safe.

We’ve got a few DeBroux Crew anniversaries to celebrate, and first up is CJ! 🎉🔧

CJ just hit 10 YEARS with DeBroux Automotive, and if there’s an electrical problem hiding somewhere in a vehicle, he’s the guy you want tracking it down. Electrical diagnostics can be tricky, but CJ is a master at it and an important part of what makes our crew so strong.

When he’s not in the shop, you’ll probably find him bowling or relaxing by the pool. And this has been a pretty big year for bowling too. CJ bowled his first-ever perfect 300 game! 🎳💯

Ten years at DeBroux AND a 300 game? We’d say 2026 has been pretty good to CJ!

Squealing, grinding, vibration when braking, or a brake pedal that just doesn’t feel right are all reasons to have them checked.

Brake pads are designed to wear down over time, and replacing them when needed can help protect your rotors. Wait too long, and worn pads can lead to metal-on-metal contact, damaging the rotors and turning a brake pad replacement into a more extensive brake repair.

That’s what our DeBroux Crew is working on here: replacing brake rotors and getting this vehicle braking safely again.
