Overhaul on a Hoffmann 14K scissor alignment rack. We corrected a lot of sloppy work from a previous installer and gave this great lift some much needed attention.

The job included removing all cover plates, replacing and repairing broken poly air lines, fixing slip plate locks, repairing the lighting system, and addressing a leaking o-ring in the power unit check valve. We also cleaned up and reorganized the power unit console wiring and plumbing that had been left looking like a spaghetti pile.

At Noel’s Property & Equipment Services, we always try to think ahead. Future maintenance and accessibility matter just as much as the repair itself. Every hydraulic line, return line, and poly air line was mapped out, organized, and properly routed to make future service work easier and cleaner.

Another suspended floor install completed over a 10” concrete pour with 6” I-beams beneath corrugated steel and reinforced with 6” squares of 5/8 rebar.

These types of installs take patience and precision. Constantly switching between the concrete drill and rebar cutter can slow the process down, but taking the time to do it right is what matters most.

The end result is a safe, solid installation built for a unique custom setting.

Wrapped up a bunch of jobs this week.

Knocked out several lift inspections with preventative maintenance over in the Witch City, and got another 4 post lift installed at a really nice home in Amherst.

This is the kind of work we do every day — keeping shops up and running the way they should, and helping people make better use of their own garage space.

If you’re storing your car somewhere off site and dealing with the hassle of getting to it, it might be time to think about putting a lift in at home. Way easier having it right there when you want it.
