Customer complaint. Bike blows fuses, goes into limp mode, brake light doesnt work and neither does the turn signals.
I traced the problem to pinched wires in the lever perches from somebody running wires wrong. (externally) We put new bars on, installed new switches and pulled wires through the bars. I did it the right way and repinned the connections instead of splicing them too! I had to pull the exhaust off and take the transmission side cover off to install an extended cable, installed longer braided front brake hoses and welded the broken fairing brackets while i was in there. Im not going to lie. This job was a complete bitch and pulling TBW/right side controls with cruise had me questioning wether operating a cycle shop was for me but I doubled down and it turned out F**KIN T**S! Heres a few random pics of a job done right.
