Job description:
Summary

We are seeking skilled B-Level Automotive Technicians to join our team at Dennis & Co. Auto Group at our Manhattan CJDR Dealership on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles, contributing to our commitment to excellence in automotive service.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour *(Hourly Rate is based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and powertrain components.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.

Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates for repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repairs.

Assist in training junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role within a dealership environment.

Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills related to automotive systems.

Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
