Lexus SC300 Windshield shield replacement ✅

After a Hack job done to this car we were able to restore the Window frame and prepped the right way for the New glass😎

It would have taken them 5 minutes to get this done right but NO they had to skip a simple step😓 Little primer would have prevented this corrosion…

Can you Believe it? Yep i Screwed up😓
I Missed a small blemish on the New Windshield that came in from supplier when doing initial inspection.

Upon noticing the imperfection I contacted the customer and made them aware quality of the glass was not up to our standards. Then Provided loaner vehicle until we had a new replacement and vehicle looking perfect.

Thoughts: How you handle “Issues, Headaches, Speed Bump, Problems” can turn this into either Never seeing the customer again OR Gaining their trust to return!

Im SURE you want to know… Was customer Happy at the end? YOU BET😎
