Are you already tired of the window fog? Here are two ways to defog your windows.
💡 Manual Defogging Steps
• Press Defrost: Tap the windshield defrost button (which looks like a windshield with curved arrows) or the Max Defrost button to immediately direct maximum airflow to the front glass.
• Turn off Recirculation: Ensure the recirculation light is off so the system pulls in dry fresh air from the outside instead of trapping moisture inside the cabin.
• Turn on A/C: Turn on the air conditioning compressor. The A/C acts as a dehumidifier to actively pull moisture out of the air before it hits the glass.
• Adjust Heat and Fan: Crank the fan speed up high and set the temperature to warm or hot. Warm air absorbs more moisture, while the A/C dries it out.
• Rear Defogger: Press the rear window defrost button (which looks like a rectangle with wavy lines) to clear the back glass and heated side mirrors.

💡 Setting Up Automatic Defogging (Available with different trim levels)
• Go to Settings on your infotainment screen.
• Select Vehicle, then choose Climate and Air Quality.
• Enable Auto Defog (turns the front defogger on automatically when the engine starts if humidity is detected) or Rear Auto Defog

What's the Difference Between an SUV and a Crossover?
A true SUV is built on a truck-style body-on-frame chassis, the same type of construction used for pickups. A crossover is built on a car-style unibody chassis, where the body and frame are a single welded structure. Most vehicles marketed as "SUVs" today, including the Chevrolet Equinox, Blazer, and Traverse, are technically crossovers. Only the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban are true body-on-frame SUVs.
